The default subnet of cisnet docker is 172.16.0.0. If you have configured the CIS server with the subnet 172.16.0.0, then you must change the subnet of the cisnet docker. Run the utility docker_change_cisnet to change the subnet to 172.18.0.0.
Go to the location /opt/novell/cis/bin.
Execute the utility to change the subnet of the cisnet docker:
sh docker_change_cisnet.sh
The cisnet docker subnet is changed to 172.18.0.0.
