Building your project with NetExpress is very straightforward. Just click Rebuild All on the Project menu.
NetExpress compiles all your programs and builds all package files automatically.
Messages generated by the rebuild process are displayed for you in the output area.
If you want the rebuild to include only those files which have changed since
you built your project last, click Rebuild or the Rebuild Project
button 
instead.
