Modify Existing Controls on the Ribbon

You can change built-in controls or custom controls.

To modify an existing control

1. Open the UI Designer.

2. In the Design View pane, from the Ribbon simulation, select the control that you want to modify.

   Note

   To select a button group, click the bottom edge of the group, or, select one of its buttons, and then, under Arrange Controls , click Select Parent. To select a group, click the group name.

3. In the Settings pane, make your changes.

4. Click OK.
