ScrollIntoView Method

Scrolls through the document that contains this element until the top or bottom edge of the element is aligned with the top of the document's window.

alignWithTop: If true, the top of the object will be displayed at the top of the window. If false, the bottom of the object will be displayed at the bottom of the window.
