PasteUsingFieldDelimiters Property

Gets or sets a value indicating what happens if the terminal reaches a protected field while pasting text in the following row at the same column location where the paste began.

Property Value

The default value is False.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
Attachmate.Reflection.SecuredSettingException	This exception is thrown when you try to modify a property that has been secured with the Permissions Manager or that can only be modified by an Administrator.

Remarks

When the value is true, the terminal searches to the right and then down until it finds an unprotected field in which to paste text. If no unprotected fields are found, pasting stops and any remaining text is placed into the PasteNext buffer.

When the value is false, pasting stops, and any text remaining in the Clipboard is placed into the PasteNext buffer.
