    PropertyCursorGets the cursor object associated with the theme.  
    PropertyFileNameGets the theme template to use.  
    PropertyFontGets the font object associated with the theme.  
    PropertyModifiedGets a value indicating whether the theme has been modified or not.  
    PropertyParentGets the parent object. The parent is the terminal object.
