Introduction

Welcome to the release notes for IDOL 23.3.

This document describes the new features and resolved issues in each release since IDOL 23.2. It highlights changes that you might need to make when upgrading your IDOL components, and notifies you about any features we have deprecated.

This document includes information about patch releases, but only for IDOL 23.3.x. If you are looking for information about a patch release for another version, please refer to the release notes for that version.

IDOL 23.2 is a new major version of IDOL, released in the second quarter of 2023. It is the first new major version since IDOL 12.0 was released in June 2018.
