12.7 Creating Collection Schedule for Insight Queries

Authorized users can not only create custom queries but they can also schedule collections runs and download results and receive automatically emailed results.

To create a schedule for insight queries:

  1. Log in as a Customer, Data, or Governance Insights Administrator or Auditor.

  2. Select Catalog > Governance Insights.

  3. Select one or more queries.

  4. Select Actions > Set collection schedule.

  5. Specify the start date and run interval.

  6. Save the schedule.

  7. (Optional) Select an insight query and disable collection schedule.
