11.1 GroupWise version

Ensure your GroupWise client—the mail program installed on your PC—is at least GroupWise 2014 or later.

To check, launch your GroupWise client.

Select About GroupWise from the Help menu.

Note the Program Release field in the pop-up window. It must say ‘GroupWise 2014’ or later.

Click OK when done.
