Get started

Analyze provides you with a graphical view of your managed enterprise information and lets you search that information. The dashboards help you to identify key trends such as the size of the content under management and the volume of sensitive data as identified by tags and grammar rules. Using filters and an advanced search, locate information that meets specific criteria. You can review documents and send them to Manage as a workspace to review further.

Voltage Fusion home page

After a successful log on, the Fusion home page opens. From the home page, you can access all components within Fusion that you have access to.

From within each Fusion component UI, click the Voltage Fusion icon above the primary navigation panel to navigate to the other UIs within the application.

Analyze UI

Analyze includes the following general features:

  • Retract the navigation panel to show only the icons for the top level menu items. When you click one of the icons in the retracted navigation panel, the panel expands to full width. If you click a menu item that has sub-items, the navigation panel and menu items expand and the page does not change until you click the sub-item; if you click a menu item that does not have sub-items, the navigation panel expands and you are taken to the appropriate page.

  • Click the help icon () to open the Help Center.

  • Click the user icon () to see the user you are logged in as or to log out. If logged in as a non-federated user, you may also be able to change your password.
