Use the Advanced page to define the advanced parameters for a file transfer scheme. All three host types share common advanced IND$FILE settings.

Saves your transfer scheme under the filename and location you provide. |

Choose to delete the selected file transfer scheme. |
Transfer Program Name |
Specifies an IND$FILE compatible host transfer program name. |
Timeout |
Specifies the number of seconds the file transfer program waits for the host transfer program to respond to a command before file transfer is terminated. The default is 60 seconds. You can enter any number between 1 and 999 seconds. |
Lead Key |
Allows you to specify certain actions before transferring files. Your choices are None, Clear, Erase input, Erase to end of field, and Auto Sense. |
PC Code Page |
Specifies the PC code page. Check with your system administrator if you don't know which code page is appropriate. |
Host Code Page |
Specifies the character display code page used by the host. The default setting corresponds with your Windows default setting. IND$FILE file transfer can be executed in another language without making any modifications to your PC environment. Check with your system administrator if you don't know which code page is appropriate. |
