To Start a Secure Listener and Set the Pass Phrase

Perform the following steps in ESCWA to set the pass phrases for a secure listeners:

  1. In the menu bar, click Native.
  2. In the navigation tab, click Directory Servers and choose your enterprise server region.
  3. Click General > Listeners. This opens the Communications Processes page.
  4. In the Listeners list, click the Edit icon to modify the secure listener. This displays the listeners Listener Properties page.
  5. Click TLS Settings.
  6. Check Enable TLS.
  7. In the Certificate Passprhase and Keyfile Passphrase fields, type the location on disk, of the files. If multiple files are used then separate the paths with a semicolon ';'.
  8. Click Apply.
Note: If the listener fails to start, it can be useful to look in the console.log. To access the CS console, on the server's Details page, select: Server > Diagnostics > CS Console
