JCLCM0198I VSE CONFIG FILE - outcome : config-file

Tells you the outcome of your attempt to load an optional VSE JCL configuration file (specified by the VSE_STARTUP_CFG environment variable).

outcome can be LOADED (indicating that the configuration file was read sucessfully), NOT SPECIFIED (no configuration file was specified), or UNAVAILABLE (the specified configuration file could not be read).

Resolution:

No action is required if the outcome is as you expected. Otherwise, make sure the file is specified and available.
