- While your
enterprise server instance is in Start mode, start or access the ESCWA Web interface.
- Select your
enterprise server instance on the list of default servers in the tree view.
- Click
Monitor > Logs > Trace.
- To optionally change the level of trace information displayed, click
LEVEL and then select one of the following:
- 0
- Service start, module start, module end, service end.
- 1
- Enterprise server API entries and exits.
- 2
- Subsystem trace entries.
- 3
- All entries where it is possible to provide some formatting of the data.
- 4
- All trace entries. This is the default.
Each level includes all lower-level information. Local trace tables (traces for SEPs) only have levels 0 and 1.
- Click
DETAILS to see details of the trace.
Note: The X dataset contains traces triggered by the external command
casdump /d. You use
casdump /d when a dump cannot be obtained normally; for example, when the enterprise server is not responding and shared memory is locked.
The dataset has the filename
casdumpx.rec.
