Administration and Configuration Commands

The following commands are available for performing Enterprise Server administration procedures.

cascertreg
Use the cascertreg command-line utility to list, delete, or add certificate registrations required for CICS Web Interface servers, deployment listeners, etc....
casdump
Forces a system dump.
casdup
Formats a system dump or auxiliary trace so that it is suitable for analysis.
casperm.sh
Prepares Enterprise Server for use.
casstart
Starts an enterprise server.
casstop
Stops an enterprise server.
fixcat
A UNIX shell executable file (.sh) that rebuilds a corrupt catalog.dat file.
imtkmake command
Enables you to create and deploy a COBOL program-based service interface, and generate a client application to access the service.
mfdepinst command
Installs the service interface contained in a deployment package (.car) file to an enterprise server.
mfds
Manages the Directory Server.
mfpackage
This utility is used for maintaining services and packages installed on an enterprise server. Its function is to delete all services and packages in a given namespace for a given enterprise server region, and is equivalent to deleting the services and packages using the Micro Focus Administration Console (MFDS). It can also be used to prepare the server before deploying a new version of the service..
SPLREPAIR
A UNIX shell executable file (.sh) that rebuilds corrupt spool control files.
