JCLCM0262W "PROGRAM" security class not defined - Program <Program Name> in library <Library Name> would not be run under higher level JCL security

When running with the higher security level of ENHANCED the 'PROGRAM' class must be defined within your security configuration. When running with the higher security level of 'WARN' this warning message will be issued if the PROGRAM class has not been defined.
