Micro Focus Customer Care can provide you with the MFESDIAGS utility to help you solve a problem. This utility pulls together the various diagnostics that Customer Care needs to assist in solving some problems. For more information, contact your Customer Care engineer.
The data collected by MFESDIAGS needs to be provided to Customer Care as a zip file named using the following convention:
case-number_YYYY-DD-MM_HH-MM-SS-snapshot.zip
This naming convention is particularly important when multiple failure data collections are taken for the same incident and problem: sometimes it can take several failures to help in pattern identification for a complex problem resolution.
