The ES TSC process has encountered a problem with temporary storage queue queue name.
The reported block(location block) has a chain next pointer of segment reference which points to an invalid segment in the message queue file.

- The TS queue is removed up to the reference point.
- Resolution:
- The reported block is the expected first in the chain. Verify that important data has not been lost.
