user-id is the currently signed-on user, if any. terminal-id is the terminal/facility associated with the transaction which sent the message. trans-id is the transaction ID of the transaction which sent the message. message-text is the text of the message. message-part will appear only for messages that exceed a single line and will be of the form 'nn of mm' where nn is the sequence number of this part of the message and mm is the number of parts in the message.
