Application Workflow Manager (AWM) is an integral feature of
Enterprise Developer. It enables you to model and seamlessly integrate application development tools into the Eclipse views that developers work
with. AWM provides the means to integrate a customer-specific application workflow in the developer's view without any programming
requirement.
The modelling support offered by AWM is available as a plug-in that can be installed into any other Eclipse IDE, for example,
into IBM Developer for z Systems (IDz).
If you already have a version of AWM plug-in installed,
Micro Focus recommends that you uninstall this version before you install the new 9.0 version.
With an IDz installation the tools from the Mainframe function packages (ISPF, JES, MVS, and USS) can be used in conjunction
with an IBM z/OS connection.
