You must execute the BindAll Packages tool either from a command prompt in the directory that contains your .bnd files, or from your project as a post-build event. For more information on build events, see Setting Project-Wide Build Properties and Compiler Directives.
The BindAll Packages tool generates a log file, bindall.txt, that summarizes the results for all packages bound. Individual results are written to programName.txt.
Log files are written to the current directory.
