This extension point enables you to provide the credentials to connect to z/OS.
An implementation of this extension point can cause the standard Enter Password dialog to be bypassed by providing the login credentials for the connection. For example, the login credentials are provided by an external login card reader so that there is no need for a password dialog. Or there is a central login outside of Eclipse for all user applications which must be used in Eclipse when connecting to a remote system, eliminating the need to make an additional password request.
