The CALL-RECOVERY Checker directive may not be used with the MCO CICS preprocessor.
MCO CICS provides the necessary ability to force EXIT PROGRAM appropriately for CICS programs.

- Correct the directives to omit CALL-RECOVERY for MCO (CICS) preprocessed programs.
