There are two types of CICS preprocessor options that you set in
your
Build Configuration properties:
- From the COBOL Explorer, right-click the project name; then click
Properties from the context menu.
- Expand
Micro Focus > Build Configurations > COBOL > CICS Preprocessor.
- Check
Enable configuration specific settings.
- Check
Use CICS Preprocessor.
- Set the following CICSECM options by checking the appropriate setting the
CICS Preprocessor dialog box:
- Set the following CICSECM options by typing them into the
Additional directives field,
for example,
LINKAGE=NO:
- EXCI
- EXECDLI
- HIDE
- LINKAGE
- SEVERITY
- SPFAULT
Important: In the IDE, you must only set the CICSECM directives
on the
CICS Preprocessor tab in the build configuration or in the project's properties. Do not use the
Additional directives field on the
COBOL tab to set these directives.
