Summary
Specifies the SCLM_WARN_LEVEL to MFA Server. Depending on the value selected you will get different behavior when attempting to export to a PDS member that is under SCLM control. The default behavior is to enable overwriting PDS members that are under SCLM control.

0 No warning when editing SCLM members.
1 Display a warning when editing SCLM members.
2 Fail when editing SCLM members.
