Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.
- Ensure you have established a working DB2 connection. For instructions, see
To create a DB2 connection.
- From the
Data View Explorer, expand a data view that contains SQL objects.
- Right-click
SQL Objects; then select
Use DB2 Catalog from the context menu.
- Click
Load to populate the
DB2 Tables/Views
list with schemas from the DB2 catalog.
Note: If you have defined a DB2 connection but have not logged in, the
DB2 Connection Login dialog box prompts you for a user ID and password. In this case, complete the fields and click
OK to continue. If you want to avoid this dialog box in the future, check
Remember this userid before you click
OK.
- Use the fields and controls on the
Use DB2 Catalog dialog box to make changes to the catalog or data view as desired. For a description of each field and control, see the

- When you have completed your changes, click
OK.
