- Explanation:
- After starting a user server, the scheduler waits for the user server to report itself ready. The user server did not report
itself ready, so the scheduler checks system control blocks to see if the user server address space started correctly but
cannot find the job name. Reason is the reason code from LOCASCB; see
SA22-7611-xx: MVS Programming: Authorized Assembler Services Reference, Volume 3 (LLA-SDU). This happens typically when there was a JCL error or another startup problem for the user server.
