Create the MakeCheckAppt Service Interface

Walks you through the process of creating a REST service interface from the Schedule COBOL program.
Restriction: This section applies to Windows environments only.
  1. In the Application Explorer view, right-click the ProgramREST project; then select New > Interface > REST Web Service from the context menu.
    Note: If REST Web Service is not on the menu:
    1. Click Other.
    2. Expand Micro Focus Service Interface
    3. Select REST Web Service; then click Next.
  2. In the Web service name field, type MakeCheckAppt.
  3. Select None as the Mapping option.
  4. Click the Browse button associated with Program to map, and navigate to and select the schedule.cbl file in your ProgramREST project folder.
  5. Click Finish.

    This starts the Interface Mapper.
