Operating Systems Supported

Also note the following:

• A 64-bit Windows is required. Enterprise Developer installs fully only on 64-bit Windows platforms. On 32-bit Windows, the setup file does not install some of the components. See Issues with the Installation in Known Issues and Restrictions.

  You can produce both 64-bit and 32-bit applications with Enterprise Developer on 64-bit operating systems.

• Support for development and deployment on Windows 7 has been discontinued.
• Support for development on Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012 has been discontinued. These platforms are still supported for deployment. Windows 8.1 and Windows Server 2012 R2 are supported.
• The Server Core form of Windows Server 2019 is not supported.
