Modeled Action does not work

Check the reference to the action descriptor, for example, “Element has Action”:
- Is there a reference to an action descriptor in the respective element type?
- Is the correct action descriptor referenced?
Check the action descriptor:
- Are the references to the tool descriptors correct, including sequence numbers?
Check the tool executor(s):
- Are the parameters correctly modeled?
  - Does the Type attribute match the Target ID used? In most cases, parameters that reference a file descriptor (TargetID File) must be modeled with the attribute Type = File while parameters pointing at a property (TargetID Parm) must have the attribute Type = String.
  - Is the Parameter From attribute of all input parameters correct?
    Context – The value is taken from context (properties of the selected Element).
    
    Previous Tool – The value is taken from the previous tool of the corresponding action descriptor.
    
    User Input – No value is used (only for Input Dialogs).Remember that you can also use a Default or Static value.
