When an error occurs in z/Explorer, typically an error message is displayed. If the error contains a message ID in the format described in Introduction, then refer to z/Server Messages and Diagnostics for more information about the cause and possible resolution.
If the error displayed is a software exception message, refer to the error log view for more information.
