To edit an existing segment layout file

  1. From the Classic Data Tools UI, click File > Open.
  2. From the Files of type list, select All Files (*.*).
  3. Locate a segment layout (.slf) file in its folder; then click Open.
    The Segment Layout Editor shows only the segment layouts already defined in the current segment layout file. From here, you can:
    • Define new conditions
    • Edit existing conditions
    • Create additional layouts
      Note: To create additional layouts, you must first load program information. See To load program information for instructions.
  4. When you have finished, click File > Save .
