Debugging PL/I Applications Running in Containers

This section of the documentation describes how to debug a PL/I application running in a Docker container.

To debug a PL/I application running in a Docker container:

Run an Enterprise Developer image and open a command prompt in it. You can use a command such as the following to do this:
```
docker run -it microfocus/edbuildtools:win_4.0_x64 cmd.exe
```
Compile the PL/I program that you want to debug:
```
mfplx –deb pli-prog-name.pli
```
Invoke CodeWatch to debug your PL/I program:
```
cwcmd pli-prog-name.exe
```
Use CodeWatch to debug your PL/I program as you would normally.
