The connection to the z/Server could not be established. This is a
top-level exception, which means that a more detailed error message can usually
be found in the error details. Possible reasons are:
- Network problems (the host
cannot be reached).
- RACF error (wrong password,
user not authorized, etc.).
- User cancelled the "Enter
password" dialog. - z/Server problems.
- Problems while calling the
TAUZCAPP procedure.
