Specifies the year required to be returned when the ACCEPT identifier FROM DATE syntax or the CURRENT-DATE intrinsic function
is used.
Restriction: These tunables are supported for native COBOL only.

A value representing the required year. The value you specify is returned when you use the ACCEPT
identifier FROM DATE or ACCEPT
identifier FROM DAY syntax or the CURRENT-DATE intrinsic function.

Comments:
If the datewarp_dynamic tunable is set to TRUE, the year value specified is treated as the year the clock is started and changes each time midnight passes on December 31st.
