Project Explorer Tree View

Restriction: This topic applies only when the AppMaster Builder AddPack has been installed, and applies only to Windows platforms.

Use the tree view in the AppMaster Builder perspective Project Explorer tab to view an inventory of AMB projects and objects, and to navigate from there to the other AMB tools where you develop each object. As you complete individual programs, screens, or the application as a whole, you return to the Project Explorer to generate them into executable COBOL source or to generate reports on the progress of your work.

AMB project objects are organized hierarchically on the Project Explorer tree view as follows:

Filtering

You can limit the types and names of program objects that show on the Project Explorer using the Filter Programs feature. When using Workgroups, you can also set a filter to show only local programs that match specific type and/or name. See To filter programs for more information.
