Changes made to the file system outside of Eclipse (such as by copying files or updating source code using a source control system) might not be automatically detected by Eclipse so newly-copied files might not appear in a project. To synchronize Eclipse’s view of the file system with the actual file system, click File > Refresh or right-click the project and click Refresh on the context menu.
