To start the ADO.NET Connection Editor as a user

To start the ADO.NET Connection Editor in standalone mode:

Windows 7 and Earlier

• From your Windows desktop, click Start > All Programs > Micro Focus Enterprise Developer > Data Tools > Data Connections > ADO.NET Connection Editor

Windows 8.1

• From the Windows Start screen, click the ADO.NET Connection Editor tile.

Windows 10 and Later

• From your Windows desktop, click Start > Micro Focus Enterprise Developer > ADO.NET Connection Editor

To start the ADO.NET Connection Editor from Visual Studio:

• From your Windows desktop, click View > Micro Focus SQL Tools > ADO.NET Connection Editor.

To start the ADO.NET Connection Editor from the OpenESQL Assistant:

• From the OpenESQL Assistant, click ADO.NET Connection Editor.
