To run this tutorial you need to have Enterprise Developer installed and licensed, and you also need a TN3270 emulator such as Micro Focus Rumba.
Micro Focus Rumba is supplied with the Enterprise Developer installer.
Make sure you are logged with your personal account and not with the Windows SYSTEM account when starting the ES region from the ESMAC Web user interface or the Visual Studio interface, otherwise the debugger will not start up. This is due to the SYSTEM account not having an active Windows desktop in which to display the debugger interface to the user.
