Migrate cannot create a foreign key because there is invalid value in the table.

Restriction: This topic applies to Windows environments only.

This can occur because:

The foreign key on the source table was created after illegal data was inserted into the table.
The data in the primary key table was inserted with one of the following:
- a subsetting query
- Every Nth Row migration
- First N Rows migration
and, therefore, does not contains the rows to make the data in this table valid.

Select a different data subset for this table or drop the foreign key.
