Accessing All Datasets via Fileshare

You can configure an enterprise server region so that all datasets are accessed via Fileshare.

To do this, perform the following steps in ESCWA:

1. In the menu bar, click Native.
2. In the navigation tab, click Directory Server and then select the enterprise server region.
3. Click JES > Configuration.

   This takes you to the JES Configuration page.

4. In the Default Allocated Dataset Location field, type the path and name of the Fileshare server.

   This means you no longer need to specify anything for individual datasets, unless you want to override this.

5. Click Apply.
