The called ISPFCOMMAND tool did not return a return code in the expected
format. In most cases, the tool returns an (error) message instead, which will
then be printed at the end of the message.

- Check whether the
corresponding tool received the correct parameters from the client. This can be
done by debugging the remote tool itself or enabling the client trace. If the
parameter values are not as expected, correct both action descriptor and tool
descriptor definitions in the model.

corresponding tool on the z/OS.
