TSCOR0079 The resource with the ID {0} could not be found.

The persistent cache in the user's workspace seems to be inconsistent. There is a reference in one of the cache files to a resource which has not been reloaded from the element's cache file.

Use the "Clear cache..." dialog to re-initialize the persistent cache in the Eclipse workspace.
