TSCOR0040 Failed to get file contents for job submit. File: {0}

The integrated tool "SubmitJCL" could not submit a job because the input JCL which is passed by a file descriptor could not be read. The file path that was used is returned at the end of this message.

Model Administrator Response:

• Verify why the file was not found under the given path or could not be read.
• If the submit tool was modeled within an editor action (global action), remove the file input parameter from the corresponding tool descriptor. This will cause the tool to use the editor's contents as JCL input.
• See Troubleshooting if the returned path appears to be empty.
