Options you select on the Export Options dialog box remain in effect for the duration of the current session or until you
change them. In this case, a session is defined as an open occurrence of an Export window. You can have multiple Export windows
open at the same time, and each Export window can be using a different set of values for the options.
Instructions for how to set export options are provided below.
To set export options:
- Click the
Options command from the
Export
menu.
SQLWizard displays the Export Options dialog box.
- Click to choose an
On Error option to control error handling.
- To convert data from one code page to another, select an entry from the
ASCII Conversion box. Leave the field set to (None) if no conversion is required.
- If you want to log errors that may be encountered during an export process, click the
On checkbox in the
Error Logging section and type a fully qualified file name. To choose an existing file for logging errors, click the
Browse button to display the File Open dialog box.
- Click
OK to save your preferences.
