Each REXX exec is executed in its own REXX environment. Every z/Server subtask has both a non re-entrant and a re-entrant
REXX environment available. REXX execs executing in the re-entrant environment write their output to DD statement ZCOTSPRT
in JESx job log. This setting is recommended for scheduler address spaces.
