- Enable MQ Retry option
- Check this to enable DGS to attempt to reconnect to WebSphere MQ in the event that it becomes unavailable while DGS is processing
a job. The default is unchecked. When checked, the
Retry Interval and
Number of retry attempts fields are enabled.
- Retry Interval
- Type the number of seconds you want DGS to wait between reconnection attempts to WebSphere MQ. If blank, the default interval
is 30 seconds. To override the wait interval, manually restart DGS.
- Number of retry attempts
-
Type a number that represents the number of times you want DGS to attempt to reconnect to WebSphere MQ before abandoning
reconnection attempts.
If the number of retry attempts is achieved without successful reconnection, the Distributed Generation Server changes automatically
to an AppMaster Builder Batch Server.
If this field is blank, no reconnection attempts are made.
If you specify
0 (zero), reconnection attempts continue indefinitely at the specified interval until reconnection is accomplished or you manually
shut down the DGS.
