Abbreviation: NONCONN
The NONCONNECTED attribute may be used only for parameters. It cannot be specified for a member of a structure and it cannot be specified for CONTROLLED parameters. The NONCONNECTED attribute asserts that any argument passed to the parameter is in non-connected storage.
