When CHARSET(EBCDIC) is also specified, suppresses generation of ASCII/EBCDIC data translation in host variables used in SQL statements.

Syntax:

[NO]ALEBRA

Properties:

Default: NOALEBRA

Dependencies:

Must be used with CHARSET(EBCDIC).

Comments:

Applies only to systems using the Alebra Remote DB2 Access software to connect to DB2 for z/OS in lieu of IBM DB2 Connect software.
