Copy MVS File into Clipboard/Paste MVS File from Clipboard

To provide copy and paste support for MVS elements use the two tools "Copy MVS File into Clipboard" and "Paste MVS File from Clipboard".

Neither tool require input parameters and only work if executed on linked MVS element types.

Copy and paste is supported for the following locations:

Within AWM element views.
Between the operating system to AWM element views.
Note: Due to a technical limitation of the RSE framework it is not possible to copy linked MVS resources and paste them in an operating system location.
Between AWM element views and COBOL Explorer, PL/I Explorer, Project Explorer or Navigator view.
Between AWM element views and Remote System view.

Note: The tool “Paste MVS File from Clipboard” triggers an asynchronous transfer operation. This means, that copied files do not appear immediately after the tool was executed. A manual refresh of the parent container is required.
